By placing an order with Saltycustoms, you (“the Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Confirmation & Payment

Production of any visual materials will commence only upon full payment and confirmation of order details. No design work will begin prior to this.

2. Design File Issues & Amendments

Should there be any issues with the design files provided by the Customer, Saltycustoms reserves the right to charge a minimum of RM500 per man-hour for any alterations, fixes, or corrections required. Customers may also choose to rectify the issues on their own and resubmit the corrected files to us promptly to avoid additional charges or delays.

3. Stock & Colour Availability

All stock and colour options are subject to availability. By choosing to work with Saltycustoms, you acknowledge that we operate within an imperfect industry where minor inconsistencies or limitations may occur. Your acceptance of these terms reflects your understanding of such conditions.

4. Rejections, Defects & Returns

Any claims regarding defects or rejected items must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition as received. Saltycustoms will not entertain claims beyond this period.

5. Refunds & Remakes

Refunds, remakes, or any form of compensation are subject to the outcome of our internal investigation. Saltycustoms reserves the right to determine the validity and resolution of each case.

6. Final Rights & Dispute Resolution

Saltycustoms reserves all rights and the final say in any and all disputes, including but not limited to production issues, refund requests, or disagreements regarding final products.
